February is Here

It’s February and time for a February Quote printable! We’re still mid-winter here in the Northern hemisphere. The Polar Vortex is bearing down on the midwest and the Rockies are clenched in a freezing grip. But this month, we’re going to keep our eye on the prize. We’re going to plow through the shortest of all months. We’re going to celebrate love, and stay mindful and open to all that is good, remembering that we are blessed and surrounded by abundance.

February is the Border Month

While Valentine’s Day is celebrated in February, I have a tendency to look past this month in anticipation of when the earth will warm and the air will become milder, when new growth will emerge and we’ll be surrounded once again by all the green, growing beauty that Mother Nature offers. But I need to remember this month has its place too. It’s a time for winter sports and winter getaways. There are also spring gardens to plan, and spring cleaning to get done. So I guess the border month serves its purpose. While I anticipate the spring season, there’s also lots to do right now.

Valentine’s Day is on it’s way with it all the hearts, flowers, cards, and candy. But I wanted some February specific quotes, so I chose quotes about this time of year, or in Shakespeare’s case, a stormy disposition. Check out my choices for this short, wintry month.
