Fun and free Thanksgiving place cards

Holy Cow! It’s already Thanksgiving (when did that happen?) It seems as if once we get to Halloween, we’re on a bullet train to the Holidays. And now the mad crush is upon us. I’m getting early Black Friday notifications and Christmas is popping up on my Instagram feed. I do love all the Holiday finery, but for just a moment, let’s take a breath, shall we?

Thanksgiving Celebrations

Before we run off to celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, Winter Solstice and New Year celebrations, let’s enjoy the holiday that celebrates gathering round with family and friends. To me, Thanksgiving is about traditions and togetherness; a time to be grateful and enjoy the people we are blessed to have in our lives.

A Season of Gratitude

I like to think of this time as a Season of Gratitude. How blessed am I, that I have people who to spend the Holidays with? I spend a good part of the holidays in my kitchen, cooking for my brood. I have dirty dishes, holiday to-do’s, and gifts to buy. They are all reasons to be grateful. It’s all in how you look at it.

Your Thanksgiving Table

You can make your celebration as simple or fancy as you wish. For me, part of the fun is setting the table. Take out the fancy dishes, make that pretty centerpiece, and give everyone a place of honor. To help you make your table more festive, I’ve created a fun little set of Thanksgiving place cards. Run them out on card stock, fold and place at each setting to help everyone feel special.

All the Place Cards you’ll need

The PDF includes two pages of cards; one page with labeled cards, “Guest of Honor”, “Mom”, “Dad”, and “Loved One”. The second page has artwork only so that you can add Aunt Winnifred and Cousin Herbert. 😉
