Can you feel it in the air? Autumn is here! Is it just me, or does the sunlight really glow with an extra golden hue during the fall? I can feel the days cooling, and the chill settles in for the evenings. And yes, the leaves are starting to change. Some trees turn reluctantly, giving up a sacrificial leaf or single branch, others go all in and change their color overnight. The golden Linden is a sentimental favorite, and the scarlet of a Maple takes my breath away. The mountains in my area are just starting to show that Autumn rainbow of color and I can smell the scent of fall on the breeze.
