I’m trying to keep a good thought for the new year, but I’ll admit, there are days when it’s difficult. Things do feel broken right now, and some days it affects me more than others. So when I came across this quote from L.R. Knost, it stopped me in my tracks.

All things can be mended

Forcing a positive attitude can just make everything feel phony. So acknowledging that things do break but can be mended too, is —to me anyway— a hopeful place to start. And it really does begin with ourselves. I hope this beautiful quote will help you remember to share your light and your love, intentionally, extravagantly and unconditionally.
