Let’s Celebrate July!

Bam, Bang, it’s July! How did that happen? Wasn’t it May, just last week? Time flies too quickly! Not surprisingly, I always think of July with a bang. It’s a fun time of year. Between local festivals and fireworks, BBQ’s, swim parties, summer vacations and activities, there’s always something to celebrate and look forward to. It’s a busy, busy time, and I want to take it all in.

July is a fun month

There are so many ways to get outside and take in the beautiful weather during this fun summer month. Gardens are gorgeous this time of year, and morning walks are almost surreal with the golden morning sunshine and fresh air. This time of year is perfect for bicycling too. Early morning rides on the local parkway are a great way to take in the scenery, and there’s always a new trail to explore.

If bicycling isn’t your thing, you can take a dip in a water park, splash pad, or community pool. Hiking is also a terrific way to enjoy the great outdoors, but if that’s too strenuous, you can have a picnic in the park or watch the sunset. Whatever you like to do, July is the perfect time to do it!
